Crisped Chicken Skins
One of Kurt's BBQ secrets - after cooking the chicken for the pulled chicken, he takes the skins off and puts them back in the oven for additional crisping. In this picture, they have just come out of the oven after being double-crisped. The skins then get chopped up and added back into the pulled chicken, adding a delicious richness of flavor!
