Unbelievable!!!
Ok, when we first bought the place, it had not been lived in for two years. So when they turned on the water there was three or four large leaks from water being left in the pipes. The first plumber that the Real Estate Agent called looked at everything and said "everything needs to be replaced!" Well, she wanted a second opinion. The next guy came out and said he could just fix it. So this is what he did. What you see here is his new brass nipple on the fitting from the picture from before. So he saw how bad the pipes were and just hide it!
Really it was my fault because I didn't ask to see it! But dang, did seeing this piss me off!:).
O well, now we have awesome water pressure to all sinks, showers and toilets. I still have to re-plumb the laundry room but that is coming.
