I usually try to keep the action in my videos moving along so viewers don’t get bored, but the purpose of this video is a little different – it’s meant to be a meditation, to help people get centered and grounded in nature, even if they’re in an office and can’t be outside at the moment.
Since 1970, bird populations have collapsed by nearly 30% across North America, and for many species the pace is rapidly accelerating. I don’t know what my life would be like without the beauty of birds. How long will it be before no one will be able to enjoy a scene like this in person – only in a film that shows us what we’ve lost…
