Waugh's Well - excellent!

It may not be Wayne's World, but you can fit it to the tune. Edwin Waugh was a Victorian poet in Lancashire dialect, and his literary followers have erected this monument to him deep in the recesses of the Pennines. Some lackwits have attempted to saw off his nose, but he continues to gaze down upon the world below with a smile.
