A Walk Down Venice Beach (Redux)

Venice Beach has been toned down thru the years but there is still some crazyness to observe and some interesting inhabitants.

 

Redid this video with my new software that I wrote to control Dwell time and Frame to Frame transition to make it more what I originally intended.
