My first BB30 extraction. I think it's supposed to be a bit smoother than this. Then again, so are the bearings (ie, they're supposed to turn). Note the warning above the Shimano logo on the instruction page.

Steel bounce card upper right of frame and a strobe above shot through a very expensive diffuser (the job card for this bike repair) as fill.
