Historic river community in Chanthaburi old town; on a peaceful still morning not long after sunrise. It was still early enough for deep shadows, with the low sun not quite yet passing all the tall trees on this side of the river.

The shot is from late March, hence before the rainy season, but there were some lovely clouds already, but very early before 7am. By the time i found the right spot and angle for this shot here the clouds had almost completely dispersed, and all that was left was this curious little formation here, before drifting out to the right real fast :)

Here is also a nice golden sunrise shot from some 5 years prior; but that was in later morning light, perhaps an hour later or so, and from a different angle without many of the shadows.
