Palmist, Bago, Myanmar
Nun at Shwemawdaw pagoda in Bago. Many palmists offered their services here, in the beautifully built and landscaped area surrounding the ancient pagoda. Not sure why it is so popular here, perhaps the pagoda from the 10th century is an especially auspicious place, or the practitioners here are particularly famous for what we might call life-coaching services?
