Easy Flocker

Just an easy way to make a Head flocker out of recycled, trash, and junk parts as long as you have the main part which at last check was on sale for $3.99 I think at electronic goldmine.

 

Note: the box, foil, wire, tape, glue, etc were saved from the landfill so you can go green and still flock GI JOE!
