New Pendulum Attachment
Two changes from the old design:
1) The wing nut is on the bottom -- this makes it easier to tighten by hand and will hopefully be more secure.
2) The stop nut with internal hitch pin is new. In normal operation there's no stress on this component. But if the first nut loosens, it will come in contact with the blocking nut. The hitch pin keeps the backup nut in place and should be immune to vibration.
(I'll add a little keeper string between the hitch pin and pendulum so it doesn't get lost in the field.)
