As a USA manufacturer of soft flexible custom PVC labels, emblems, patches, key chains and other products, we have been asked by many of our customers to provide unique services that they need.
One of the more common services is for prototyping from our research and development division. From the beginning of our company in 1994, customers come to us with unique and custom projects and product concepts. The first one was the “skin” for the US cycling shoe. Another was the strap for the Smith Ski goggle. We developed special hockey straps and lace locks for CCM skates and one-of-a-kind parts for nameplate companies. Then some clients from the medical industry came to us to create a custom silicone tibia pad, to protect the wearers tibia bone while wearing a specific brace. We receive daily inquiries about new product development for dog collars, clothing, secret consumer product ideas, military morale patches and straps, made in the USA requests and more. Due to the non-disclosure agreements we have with many of these customers, we cannot mention the brand names, or talk about the exact nature or use of these items, but you have probably used some of these products.
