All week, the weather channel has been telling me that Saturday was going to be beautiful. Sunny and unseasonably warm. So I was a little disappointed this morning to wake up to fog, dampness and a lot of cold wind.
I busied myself around the house for a few hours, hoping that the sun would come through but by 9:30 the fog was still pretty dense and there was no sign of the day brightening up so it seemed silly to wait longer to go out.
The sun finally showed up, late this afternoon and just in time to set for the day. Not ideal, but better than nothing!
