The polar vortex has arrived and the wind downtown was bitter and sharp, but that can't keep me locked in an office for 9 hours when I could be out walking between office locations and wondering around on lunch hour.

 

Came across this unique door and took a risk by standing in the street to get this shot. I only had my 40mm with me today so to get the effect I wanted I needed to do a panorama, it took 5 pictures stitched together to get the whole effect but it was worth it to me.

 

I like interesting entrance ways and this one sure stands out!

 

Thanks to the taxi driver who came to a full stop and let me get the photos. Not something I expected downtown, but appreciated none the less!
