1. a particular period of time marked by distinctive features, events, etc.

The mean longitude of a planet as seen from the sun at such an instant or date.

6. Physics. the displacement from zero at zero time of a body undergoing simple harmonic motion.

Today was two steps back on the road to recovery and I was feeling absolutely miserable again.

 

With absolutely no energy, I threw together a very quick still life shot and hoped for the best.

 

I took a total of two photos today, and this one turned out to be the best of the set so it's was an easy choice for today.

 

Still playing catch up on comments and photo streams, but I will eventually be by!
