Gedung Sate

Gedung Sate (Satay Building) is one of the famous landmarks of Bandung City.

 

Built during the Dutch colonial era, the architecture combines Italian Renaissance with Asian style. The most focal point is its the building's central pinnacle - which resemble the shape of satay (traditional Indonesian barbecue).

 

At present, this building serves as the office of West Java Governor.
