something old, something new

bought a macbook, because my main laptop is in a heisenbergian dead/undead state, and I need to rescue the databases before I can drop it on the "genius bar" and demand recourse. I like it. it's a cute little computer.

 

and so I set it up for the first time back at my mom's house, while watching indiana jones and star wars on old VHS tapes, eating hummus (as shown) and drinking beers. yes.
