Whenever I head out to photograph the Canadian Pacific’s River line, one of my favorite targets is their J20 train. – As of late this job has had a combination of SD40-2, SD60 or Eco power, but on September 20th, 2022 it had one of their big SD70ACu diesels leading, seen here as they were creeping down towards Winona for a bit more work after completing their switching at nearby Goodview. ~~ A Jeff Hampton Photograph ©
