Who is she ?
A Womans bane
That she is a woman
In a sectarian Islam
A Muslims woman’s
Universal pain
A male dominated
A mullah dominated
Society
To which she is chained
A pain from time immemorial
Self contained
Her Hijab her vulnerability
Her protective armour
Uncomplained
On the roads
Begging life unsustained
Ya Allah
Ya Maulah mushkil kusha
laailaha illallah

They who close their eyes
