21 Day Lockdown Bandra Bazar
I am an adventurous guy I dont fear death but my bravado and my actions could put my family at risk so since 23 March I dont venture to other parts of Bandra .
I go in the mornings to the Bazar next to my house buy bread from the bakery some fruits and vegetables .
I stopped going to the fish market we dont eat mutton or buffalo meat ..
The children prefer chicken and my friend Hadi who has a chicken shop at BKC Kurla sends it free to me .
Photography is on total hold I just shoot a few frames on my mobile phone.
I give bread to a few beggars I know ..I have some very good friends they enquire about my health and ask me if I need anything ..I politely refuse ..even my Anerican friend Craig wants to send me foodstuffs online ..he stays at Lokandwala .
Having good quality friends is essential during hard times like this .
How are you guys coping out with the lockdown I hope all is well take care be strong positive and these dark clouds will fade .
So like the unplanned demonetization that affected the poor this lockdown in its unthoughtful implementation has affected the poorest of poor marginalized slumdwellers and the labour class .
The politicians have no problems living in their mighty ivory towers ...
The world famous Godmen of India wont open their pockets for the poor just give lip service .
Today in the eyes of the deprived the hospital has become a temple and the medical staff saints and angels .
The migrants from every commercial state ...caught in the crush .
The lockdown is a great lesson of life ...it finally brings us together as Indians ...
Whatever our caste religion or creed we have a dangerous common enemy with open jaws and bloodthirsty fangs ..carnivorous caronavirus .
Happy Morning
