An ode to a Mother
posted at YouTube Community Tab..
I come every morning on my walk pay my humble tribute to Mount Mary abode of a Mother.
It is more about a love of a Mother that she symbolizes.
I do miss my Mother.
She was a chronic asthmatic a diabetic suffered all her life when we were kids but gave us good upbringing Adab Tehzeeb.
Respect for humanity and respect for people's faith.
She was from Lucknow but died a Mumbaikar.
Her best friend was a Koli fisherlady a Bohri lady and a Meman lady.
She loved our Christian maid Mary who was from Goa took care of my sister.
And later a Marathi lady we called Aiee who took care of my youngest brother.
We were poor but she kept us happy at Wodehouse Road Colaba.
Our landlord sent us to Breach Candy for a short while but she yearned for Colaba and we returned when our Dad bought his own house at Strand Cinema.
Our neighbors my friends were Parsis Christians Buddhists and later when I went to high school it was Sindhis.
Hardly had any Muslim friends as we were in a isolated locality..
Today 68 years old I stay to myself I hardly mingle I don't socialize..
So please humble request don't ask for my cell phone number or email.
I am a photographer.. You want to debate about religion go to a Mullah..
I am not an Islamic channel
I hardly endorse people's views I shoot.
I don't shoot for money.
I am on Flickr Twitter.
I am not on Facebook or Instagram.
Blessings.
You don't have to emulate me I follow in the footsteps of my Mother she was Truth.
She was my support and she still inspires me in silence.
I saw God through my Mother..
She was the step to the Doors of my Beliefs.
Also I am not well versed with written Urdu my education has been in English.
