GSB GANESHA BIG BOSS
I shot over 389 pictures in a few hours, but the GSB Ganesha is such, each picture brings out a different mood of the Lord .

I am thankful to the Gaur Saraswat community , the commitee members of the GSB mandal and specially Dr Bhujang Pai convener who invites me for the darshan of the Lord and though photography here is strictly prohibited allows me to shoot pictures.
I also am thankful to Mr Shenoy father in law of Dr Pai who supports me year after year.
And to Mr Dilip Pai the spokesman of the Mandal.
This community , is the most enterprising giving it all to the Lord, the volunteers take special leave work free , they are the gemstones in the crown of Lod Ganesha..
They are so excited to have the Lord , they serve him leaving no stone unturned.
The women help in the kitchen, total discipline , total devotion, and the Lord watches over this community, I write this with tears in my eyes..
Yes he is Big Boss..he answers all their prayers , he sees each one gets what one wants..
He gives this community abundantly..this peaceful community migrants from Karnataka but yes they are Pucca pedigreed Mumbaikars..
They have added the sweetness in the milk that is Mumbai.
The Gaur Saraswat is a peaceful law abiding human loving community , and because of their loving nature they have visitors predominantly Gujratis Sikhs and other communities besides their own.
I was in all mind to follow the Lord to his Last Journey but aborted it because I had to fast the next morning and also because of my diabetic condition..the journey of the Lord ends at 5 am in the morning from Kings Circle to Girgaum Chowpatty.
I also posted the brochure of the GSB Mandal and it had a lot of viewers here at Flickr and my other two sites on Word Press.
I cam home at about midnight and began posting these pictures at Flickr.
I know come what may I will be there next year to share the warmth of the Gaur Saraswat community with all of you on the cybernet.
