action blur 19/52

Week 19 in 52 Weeks for Dogs and one of the occasional group challenges, this time 'action blur'. I tried, and failed to think of something original. Tried a couple of things which didn't quite work out - one of which I may post later. Resorted to trying some panning - never my strong point and most were discarded, leaving me with this as the best of the bunch.
