millhouse's winston churchill impersonation

i've tried and tried to reason with him. i've pointed out what a bad influence he's setting for the impressionable puppies at the park, but i can't dissuade millhouse from indulging in the occasional stick cigar. he just loves any toy or stick that another dog might want. keepaway is his game—and he's freakishly good at it.
