When we bought our house last year the appraiser made multiple comments in his report about the old owner's alarm system (their yellow lab). The comments made a usually drab report quite comical. He even included pictures of said system. So, fast forward a year, and we now have our own unconventional alarm system. World, meet Leonardo.
