Wedding Rings
Wedding rings from a wedding my wife and I recently shot... I only had about 5 minutes to set the shot up, get the shot and get the rings back before the Bride/Groom left the reception. I wish I would have had a bit more time, I would have perhaps stopped down a bit more for a wider DoF and a few other minor things, but overall I was really happy withh the shot.
Tech Info: Shot with a Canon 20D and a Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens on a Manfrotto Tripod and head, two Canon 580EX flashes off to the sides with STO-FEN OmniBounces on them triggered by a Canon ST-E2 transmitter. In the background there was a red candle which provides some of the color and the golden hues from the other color temp. of the candle light.
NOTE: This photo made it into Flickr's 'Explore" as one of the top five hundred most interesting photos on a particular day. You can see all of my photo's that have made it into the Flickr Explore pages here.
