At the Joshua House Breathe Festival 2005 outside of Columbus Ohio. Was sitting behind this girl (Katie) who had one of the coolest tattoos I've ever seen in my life... Just snapped a pic to show my wife. Ended up using the Lomo Effect in Photoshop for the cool coloring, etc.
I have another photo of her from this year's breathe festival, which is a homage to this photo in the sense that it's almost the same shot. You can view the other photo here.
