The daily routine for my breakfast - is to fried an egg.

My breakfast has always belonged to a fried egg for over 30 years. No matter where I am on the road, my roasted egg I get myself in the far corner on the earth.

The fried egg, fresh fruit and coffee belong to my breakfast ritual on every new day.

 

In addition, eggs are healthy, a single egg contains 13 essential nutrients for humans. Anyone who is at least an egg every day can save himself a multivitamin tablet! Egg has just barely 70 calories and contains only 0.5g of carbohydrates, so even figure friendly.
