Thornwick Nab under an Aurora Sky

Just got back from an epic night of shooting the Aurora Borealis on the East Yorkshire coast.

The colours in the sky were absolutely jaw dropping! We took a gamble and headed to Thornwick Nab hoping to avoid the crowds at Flamborough Head just down the coast. It seems we made the right choice since there were only 5 of us shooting this epic sky.

I also managed to grab a bonus Jupiter rising in the frame!

I have many shots to post from this evening but for now it's 01:25am and I have work to go to in the morning. I may pay for this tomorrow but it was worth it!
