International Breadfruit Conference 2015 : Breadfruit Exhibition (Trinidad and Tobago)

The University of the West Indies (St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago), Faculty of Food and Agriculture, hosted the 2015 International Breadfruit Conference from the 6th -10th July. The theme of this conference was "Commercialising breadfruit for food and nutrition security". The FAO Representation for Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname were invited to participate in the Breadfruit Exhibition and Festival to interact with persons on breadfruit and agro-processing.
