"The bridge building started with the foundations in 1544. Interrupted by the French Wars of Religion (1562–98) the first arch was only started in 1614. The bridge was finished in 1632. It is 220m long and has 7 arches. Like the bridge with the same name of Paris, the Pont Neuf is the oldest bridge of Toulouse." Edouard55
