Champakara Boat Race on 17th August 2007. This is held as a part of Onam Festival in Kerala.

 

Onam is the biggest festival in Kerala. Onam Festival marks the homecoming of a legendary King Mahabali. The Carnival of Onam lasts for ten days and brings out the best of Kerala culture and tradition. Snake Boat Races, Puliklai and exotic Kaikottikali dance are some of the most remarkable features of Onam - the harvest festival in Kerala.
