Knowledgeable, in-depth, clear program!!My expectations from the program have been fulfilled and in fact the program EXCEEDED by expectations!! I was impressed when the trainer shared communication strategy, software packages of BSC etc as part of the program. Too Good!! A good eye-opener. BSC its concepts and genesis. The strategy map coverage was excellent!! I find this program highly tailored!! Before program I had planned and also agreed to implement BSC within 2 weeks. Now I now there is going to be some critical thinking, hard work and involvement/participation by all the layers of the organization. Before we are even ready to go with Strategy map (Rating: 9 / 10).

Very detailed, informative. Finally have a consolidated step-by-step process to implement the BSC. It helps HR persons like me to understand different perspectives and how the company's vision and mission evolve in translating strategy and what the whole framework looks like. Excellent and precise and to the point. Practical and explained very patiently. Overalll soothing in delivery and not taxing. Helped me to understand business models and strategic objectives instead of being limited to one functional role, id like to get more involved organizationally now (Rating: 8/10)
