Golden Persian Buttercups

Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers, also known as Persian Buttercups, make up 55 acres of rainbow colors at the Flower Fields in Carlsbad, and are in bloom from early March through early May harkening the arrival of spring in Southern California. A lovely early spring outing with family who allowed me to play with my telephoto all day!
