Recently, I had the opportunity to work with the wonderful folks at Święta Krowa, a small hamburger restaurant here in Poznan. Not only did I get to photograph them (which was a ton of fun), but I also provided the recipe for the featured Burger..The Cowboy! Getting to utilize my restaurant/hotel background and art background all in the same place is always a pleasure! I recommend stopping by if you are in Poznan for a delicious treat and to say hello.
