That Night Dash

As I rolled through Cincinnati on my way back up north I spotted that perfect little night shot. A man leaning against the wall nodded at me as I set up my tripod and camera. He then started giving me a heads up on how dangerous this particular block was. Out came the usual spiel of "Do you know where you're at man?" I thanked him and told him that I always keep an eye out for all that. He kept going on though. Hell, he really seamed legitimately concerned. Then, after finishing up my set-up and metering the shot, he unexpectedly lost it. He began screaming about how he was going to show me how dangerous it could be round here. Next thing I knew he was running upstairs to his place to grab a bat to bash my skull in with. Well shit, I was ready to take the shot at this point. Figuring I totally had at least the two seconds for the shot, I opened the shutter as he ran to retrieve his bat. I'll be damned if I didn't catch him in the shot running through the door. (front door of the building with the fire escape) Then came the mad dash back to the Olds to hit the road.
