Chicken Paprikash

This tasted fantastic…until I set the simmering heat too high and burnt everything on the bottom, then doubled down on my mistake by scraping it all up and mixing it into the sauce. I don’t know if smoked paprika is authentic, but it adds a great touch (before I smothered it with the flavor of charcoal briquettes). And it’s really easy, too, so this goes on the Make Again And Don’t Screw It Up Next Time list.
