A sizable Christmas Eve snow storm knocked down this pine tree at South Binfield, TN. Due to the holiday, no trains ran until the afternoon of the 25th. I ran across the tree with the first train less than 10 miles away. After calling it in to the CSX hotline, the dispatcher was able to get X542 stopped before hitting the tree. They are seen here awaiting the arrival of a track inspector with a chainsaw.
