Rectal Adenocarcinoma Arising in Villous Adenoma (2)

I submitted the entire 5-cm adenoma for microscopic exam, and in this single section, there is a 0.2-0.3-cm well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. The margin of resection (as defined by the electrocautery artifact) is about 0.4 cm from the carcinoma.
