“I’m hoping to get something to eat”

Amir carried her severely malnourished daughter Achol to a Medair nutrition site.

 

Achol is currently one of the hundreds of children in Medair’s nutrition programme in Aweil. Medair treats her with Plumpy’Nut, a nutrient-rich peanut-based paste that will help her gain weight and receive enough nutrients.
