Reconnecting Vanuatu after Cyclone Pam - Tanna

Thanks to the satellite phone provided by Télécoms Sans Frontières with European Commission funding, this man from Tanna island is finally able to reach out to loved ones in another location, a full ten days after communications were cut off.
