Valley of the Moon II cube

The park interpreters call this the Valley of the Moon. You can see why: it’s a shallow bowl with a tan surface just like the moon.

This High Dynamic Range 360° panorama was stitched from 66 bracketed photographs with PRGUI Pro, tone-mapped with Photomatix, and touched up in Aperture.

Original size: 18441 × 9220 (170.0 MP; 164 MB).
