Etching Joseph Pennell French street

These are from a pile of old book plates, I think I need to go back and get the rest! The signature on the wall on the right looks like Joseph Pennell but others are not signed in the plate. Hard to get the colour right as they are printed in sepia but he paper is slightly age toned as well.
