Unsigned woodcut? early 1900s with monogram

Note to self, stop losing pictures. This is a re-found woodcut? (I had wondered where it had gone and it was in the garage) Not signed and I can not identify the monogram (CHD?), possibly German, or elsewhere in Europe, from the style of the houses. I like the border shape. 15.5 inches by 16 inches.
