No, its not -21c°... its the sensor ticking out because my core is too hot.
If I would be in the process of overclocking this values would show me that I'v gone to far, but my system is stock!
Its sometimes hard to find out, why there are still some problems. I found it more exidently. My cooling system is a horror.
