"To Infinity and Beyond!"
Think the qoute suits this? I do, very Buzz Lightyear moment ha.
Had tried this shot before with my old small tripod....needless to say, it didn't work haha.
Today decided I'd try it again and I think tis is a half decent result. Taken as I drove down The Main Street in Carrick. I parked at the start of the street, set the camera on aperature priority and timer mode. Metered an area outside the car and added +1/3 EV to avoid the bright lights tricking the meter. Then I set my camera on the tripod which I had set up with one leg on the backseat and two behind the front seats. I checked no cars were coming and pulled out slowly after I pressed the shutter. Simple after that, just drive slowly, don't want any movement or the tripod to fall :D
This is the result after 30 seconds.
