A social housing enterprise is using graduate support to develop its learning and development approach for its own 240 employees as well as save money with streamlined systems.
Ocean Housing Group, based in St Austell, employed Sports Management graduate Craig Rowe as HR Administrator under a twelve month Unlocking Potential (UP) placement. This has now been extended until August for Mr Rowe to complete the far reaching project.
