After 3 weeks in the NICU, the girls finally had all NG and CPAP tubes removed from their face at the same time. We took this opportunity to have some fun in our own little photo shoot. What you don't see here is the fact that the heart monitor machines and medical equipment is just outside of the picture. The bed sheet behind them hides the oxygen machine and crib.
One of the nurses brought in a Dahlia so we placed this between them while they were sleeping and got a beautiful picture.
I extracted the dahlia into a separate layer and colorized that to a nice purple color while desaturating the girls and background.
