Taken from on top of the bridge that runs over the Albertcanal, the bridge is part of a huge lock.

 

The shot

 

2 x Standard 3 exposures HDR [-2,0,+2EV] in RAW/ISO100 at f/13 using the Sigma 10-20mm lens, on a tripod.

 

Photomatix

 

Tonemapped using the detail enhancer.

Tonemapped the 0EV shots with the same settings to be able to correct the movement of the windmill blades.

 

Photoshop

 

° Blended the 0EV shots to correct the movement of the windmill blades.

° Vertorama stitching with my predefined action ( See here for description )

° Shadows and highlights.

° Color balance.

° Some manual highlight dodging and saturation sponging.

° High pass sharpening ( See here for description )
