This is my 15th upload from our trip to Paris and my 3rd of today, I'm kinda getting a vast queue of already processed photos lining up waiting to be uploaded, you ain't rid of me yet, LOL !
This is the interior of one of the rooms of the Versailles castle, there was an exibition of Jeff Koons going on in the castle and to be honest it attracted more of my attention than any of the barok style pompeous art of the french dictators.
Here a chrome balloon dog, the contrast with the castle and this work and most works displayed at the castle is really hilarious and I guess that is what Koons was trying to tell us, how ludicrous the whole Versailles thing is, these guys were really megalomane out of there mind and you can only laugh with so much idiocy if it was not that the population was dying of hunger, ain't change much with today's situation or has it?
The shot
Standard 3 exposures HDR [-2,0,+2EV] in RAW/ISO100 at f/7 using the Sigma 10mm lens resting on the glass fence.

Tonemapped using the detail enhancer.

° A crop to center the dog and to get rid of most people ( sorry Frank, you were cropped of as well ! )
° Shadow&Highlights.
° Curves to deepen the tones.
° Curves on red to get rid of the red cast on the walls.
° Noise reduction on the red channel.
° Some dodging and some blurring.
° An smart sharpen filter.
