Cracked/broken right rear chainstay - unsafe to ride and not repairable. Frame = useless.
The seatstay (which is the upper part of the rear triangle) is replaceable, but it is the chainstay which is broken. The chainstay is bonded to the front triangle, so this piece is not able to be replaced - the whole front triangle and the rear chainstays and axle dropouts would also need replacement since it's all one piece.
